COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Their second pumpkin ale of the saison variety, this one inspired by a really great bowl of Indian curried pumpkin soup. Brewed with Belgian pale, pils, and aromatic malts and 200# of organic sugar pumpkins from the Farm School, fermented with their house Belgian yeast, and delicately spiced with a bespoke blend of curry spices including fresh curry leaf, black pepper, cumin, and more.

Clear amber color/ white head. Spicy belgian yeast, dusty pale malt, mild pumpkin aromas. medium bodied. Spicy dry, yeasty, corn fkakes, pale malt flavors- not much pumpkin in the flavor-not bad

Orange-amber with nice cream head. Subtle, clovy, Belgian yeasty nose mingled with pumpkin spices. Tangy and estery Belgian character body, again with a prominence of clove and pumpkin spice. Pumpkin flavor on the back end. A nice synthesis of disparate elements.
