The beer’s not red, Jason is! We’ve brewed this IPA in celebration of our good friend and longtime CBC’er Jason Lydic as he stares down the barrel of the big 4-0. We’d be remiss if we didn’t make sure everybody knew it, so make sure you take a moment to say hi to J with a hearty “Geez, man, you’re 40!” Brewed with Vienna and Munich malts and aggressively hopped with Tettnang, Cascade, Spalt, and Amarillo, then dryhopped with over 11# more Amarillo. The result: super-floral, juicy notes of citrus, pepper, and spice balanced by just enough malt in the finish. This IPA will make J happy. Trust us, we know.
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.010 ABV: 6.0%
