3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg at Draft House. Hazy dark amber, still, small ring of head, sparse lacing. Aroma is tomcat / cat piss, musty cardboard, touch eggy. Body is light, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is musty, cardboard, dried hop flowers, sodawater and lime, touch tangy with some glue, musty bitterness. OK, interesting. Listed as a golden but I think it’s fair to call this an APA.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tao. Hazy gold pour. Sharp, hoppy nose. Very grassy, hoppy, bitter. Tastes very "outdoors". Quite a bit of character for a golden ale if that’s what they’re calling it. Good one!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2015 Sampled on tap at the famous 100 Club in Oxford Street, London. A pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma of fresh bread and grapefruit. The taste has plenty of full-bodied malts, but with an astringent taste of grapefruit skin, along with other lemon, lime and lychee flavours. A good balance is achieved between the malts and the powerfully citrusy hops. A refreshing and flavoursome pint with a good bitter aftertaste.
