COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bavaria cannot be any closer - our beer recipe designed by a Bavarian world champion brewmaster Michael Plank, ingredients from Germany and a touch of our clear blue skies occasionally scattered with white clouds that provide the water to brew this lighter somewhat drier wheat beer, tingling the back of your palate for yet another sip and possibly another glass. This open fermented bottle or cask matured masterpiece is prone to confuse your whereabouts - yes you really are in Namibia enjoying a Bavarian style wheat beer or “Weissbier”.

Tap tasted on Swakopmund August 2013. Large head with sweet taste and aceptable carbonation. A bit light for a german hefeweizen but it was a nice beer in a nice place. Next one please!

Bottle at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Bronze colour, a little cloudy, with a thin off white head. Aroma is a mix of wheat, fruit and yeast. Sweet and sour taste, rather sharp, and far too highly carbonated. Not great.

Soft nose. Pale beige large head. Dark brownish color. Not very sweet hoppy and wheaty taste. Mild hops. Not very special.

Rather dark colour, cloudy and dull tan, with a just a thin head. The aroma is a bit musty/yeasty with just a hint of bananas. Sweet, with some footy yeasty...quite yeasty all told. Short shelf life - gets tart fast.

Beershine (5218) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - OCT 15, 2012
Hand filled plastic bottles from store in Cape Town. Dark rusty orange, not such a nice color. Scant head too. Aroma is fairly clean but completely unexciting. Sweetness on the palate with some starchy banana lingers without becoming cloying. Malts are nutty and nice. Thin and strangely dark but generally ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

didn’t check the bbe. either this was a really old bottle or a bad beer. Brown colour little head, wierd sharp taste, didn’t resemble the style at all. Didn’t want to drink.

330ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)
Poured with such a huge tight persistent head that only the clear part fit in the glass. That meant that the cloudy part had to be pured carefull, and only made the very top cloudy. Eugh, two layers, not pretty. Acidic homebrewy wheatbeer aroma, nasty, almost acetic. Some, but less, acidic taste. earthy and dirty. fullish, but watery too, and with fizzy carbonation. A horror.
