Dark & moody after work pour at old nick. Foamy finger cap that slowly fades to lace. A throaty aftertaste that compliments the brisk carbonation. A good start to what will hopefully be a long night.

The taste is not as strong and obvious as some other craft beers however this beer is much better then I expected it to be. Got some taste to enjoy but still easy for good drinking sessions. Overall pretty good beer.

A decent auburn ale, not the best in class but a good session beer to have.

Amber colour with a frothy white head and clinging lace. Caramel malt aroma with a flavour almost similar. Sweet malt with a smooth texture. Pleasant tangy finish. I guess I liked this more than everyone else.

Very mild notes all around - but also on the bland side. No realy malt or hop character, so that’s disappointing. I suppose it is not bad, just not great or interesting.

Poured a clear amber with a thin off white head. Aroma of sweet floral hops. Lively carbonation, medium body, flavour of bitter hops and sweet malt.

Bouteille 341ml.

worldbeertaste (1133) - Lancashire, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2012
Clear dark amber with a quick dissapearing beige head. Smells of fruit like cherry or rasberry, caramel, and malt. Frothy smooth medium body. Tastes of sweet malt with a fruity cherry element, caramel, with a bitter sour hop finish. An ok amber.

341ml bottle. Pours directly to lace (no head). Orange brown (Lovibond 13) body with lots of bubbles. Aroma is very faint - caramel and fruit and maybe some grass. Taste is minimal - some hoppiness with a hint of roasted, no, burnt grainy malts. Fairly complex, but still rather underwhelming. Love the carbonation level - good palate.
