bottle. Pours amber, pretty small head. Aroma is nutty malts, some light citrus. Taste is pretty light, but well balanced. Decent.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear amber with fizzy, fast fading off-white head. Aroma of subtle caramel and hints of Apple. Flavor is much the same with an earthy finish. Light, watery body with high carbonation. Overall, dont care for it.

Bouteille 341 ml. Couleur ambrée, mousse blanche. Arômes de malt grillé, un peu de caramel et un peu de houblon. En bouche, malt, houblon et un peu d’agrume. Finale avec un peu d’amertume et un peu de citronnelle. Très bonne.

The Dan Journal #490. Tasted 9/19/11. 12oz bottle. Filtered with an amber hue. Lacing off-white head. Aromas of toffee malts and burnt sugar. Medium bodied and nicely toasty. Malt dominant palate with a tangy, citrusy hop flavor. Decent stuff.

Nice orange colour. Mild hoppy aroma. Not very bitter, but has a full hoppy flavour that keeps you coming back for more. This beer exceeded my expectaions for an amber ale.

Bottle from LCBO manu. Oaky and nutty nose. Taste of hops with some citrus in the finish. Nice and bitter ale. A good, honest beer.
