Poured from a bottle into an Imperial glass, date code L0613. Appearance: Brilliant dark copper with a finger of off white head. Aroma: Slight citrus and pine from hops with a blend of dark pitted fruit from English malts. Taste: Slight chocolate-caramel with a crisp bitterness. Mouthfeel: Moderate with a medium carbonation. Overall: A classic West coast-style red, enough malt to keep the beer rounded but enough hops to be very drinkable.

This hand brewed all natural no preservative auburn ale was a real treat for my taste buds. After finishing a few bottles it is no surprised that it has won so many awards! it is a deliciously complex west coast ale with a generous hop aroma, smooth maltiness and a deep smooth finish!

341ml bottle pours amber in color with a finger of light beige head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild with caramel and grass. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light caramel malty sweetness. Light body with good carbonation. Disappointing brew.

Bottle. Clear amber pour with thin white head. Aroma of toast, very malty, caramel, light metallic aroma. Malty flavor, actually quite bitter, toasty, bitter, a tad metallic. Not bad, but a bit astringent.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2013 The taste is not as strong and obvious as some other craft beers however this beer is much better then I expected it to be. Got some taste to enjoy but still easy for good drinking sessions. Overall pretty good beer.

341ml Bottle. Pours clear dark amber with a thin beige head and good lacing. Aroma of sweet fruit, cherries and caramel malt. Tastes of sweet malt with a fruity aftertaste and just a bit of hop finish. Moderate to high carbonation. A pleasant amber ale

Dark & moody after work pour at old nick. Foamy finger cap that slowly fades to lace. A throaty aftertaste that compliments the brisk carbonation. A good start to what will hopefully be a long night.

A decent auburn ale, not the best in class but a good session beer to have.
