3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20

Golden pour, fingers worth of white head, little lacing. Aroma is caramel, grains, bread. Caramel body, decent bitterness. Not overly full body. best cream ale I’ve had

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
golden straw colour with a thin, quickly vanishing white head. Heavy malt aroma. Bread, caramel, and some hay. Taste is malty but the noble hops do add a bit of a spicy, slightly floral finish. A nice beer on a hot day, but nothing amazing

Like the cream of the crop, I rise to the top. I never eat a pig...oh wait, I do eat pig. It’s friggin’ delicious. But is Cameron’s Cream? Hmmmm...Pours a crystal clear golden with only half a finger of foam which ends up as a spotty sheet in minutes. Nose is all malts, cereal and bread. The taste too is malty, with bread and hay, with a little ?hops? bitterness that doesn’t really add much. Yep, this is beer, and drinkable, but in no way exceptional. It’s a little played out like as if it’s name was Sega.

Aroma is caramel, light malts and basic hopiness. Taste is a sweet roasty maltiness that is fairly balanced. The bitterness takes over and leaves a tartiness but not too substantially. Body is a clear gold with a thin pearl head that retains somewhat poorly.

Scent of malt, toffee, and yeast. Clear straw colour. Flavour of coffee, caramel, and malt. Mild bitterness, with medium body and lively carbonation. Pleasant, but not too interesting.

Pours a nice dark gold. Thin white head.
On the nose I’m getting some nuttiness, some toasted malts, and what I like to describe as wet cereal in milk.
On the palate, there is no bitterness. I guess that translates to mild sweetness, although definitely not pronounced sweetness. I am detecting no hop presence.
This was part of a 4 beer sampler pack. Not bad, but I wouldn’t go out and buy it individually.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2014 Rating #842 - December 18, 2013 - Beer 18 in the Craft BeerAdvent Calendar. Bottle. 5%. Pale, clear yellow, with a white head. Aroma is kind of corny/ vegetable-like. Has a light sweetness, light body, creamy, average carbonation. Stale, grassy hops dominant in the finish. Rather weak, and the worst of the Calendar thus far. 4-2-5-2-8
ReRate March 19, 2014 - Camerons mixer pack shared with clients. Much fresher stock, decent mouthfeel this time, with more balance. Doesn’t absolve my disdain for the style, however. 5-3-5-3-10

Clear dark golden with a big white head. Aroma is mild and inoffensive, with some light fruitiness. Taste is... Ok. Boring but drinkable.

CBAC day 18. Looks like a cream ale... Smells like a cream ale and tastes like a cream ale. Overall it’s a nice take on the style however it’s just so light and boring. Pours a clear copper gold with a small white head but tons of lace. Aroma of malts, corn and light dme with some fruity esters. Taste is light caramel malts, some dme/corn a d fruity hops. Light crisp and refreshing just oh so boring.
