2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, brought from Kingston and shared by Robbie. Medium gold with an average white cap. Aroma is grainy with gingery notes. Sweet grainy palate, a little buttery. Boring but harmless.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle. Golden colour. Aroma of grains, caramel/butterscotch malts. Taste is quite smooth, a light smooth fruitiness to it. Well balanced. An enjoyable cream ale.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml Bottle pours clear straw gold with tight big white head. Vanishing to a light cap with decent lace. Grain, bread, light caramel and floral, earthy hop aromas, maybe just a touch of vegetable. Med Carbonation, light-medium body, caramel is light among bread and light floral grassy hop flavour and light bitterness. Finish semi dry. Light refreshing tasty brew.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pale golden pour. The aroma is lightly sweet with a bit of grainy character. Lightly estery with a bit of soft fruity character. It’s a simple brew, but it’s decent actually.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Another pleasantly surprised by this. Pours deep yellow with not much for head - big bubbles on the side hints at my main problem with it - I found it really aggressively carbonated (despite being headless). I got aromas of butterscotch, caramel, and some grainy malts, which open up into a surprisingly bright and fruity thing - orange and lemon being the main contributers. Long bittersweet finish. Appearance and palate marks drag the mark down somewhat unfairly.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
341 ml bottle. Pours yellowy, golden in colour, with nice white head. Aroma is fairly bitter for a cream ale. Flavour same, slightly sweet malt, with lots of bitter hops! Pleasantly surprising!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear yellow-gold with small white head. Aroma is moderately grainy, little bit of fruity (apple?) sweetness. Taste has slightly sour grains and sweet fruitiness (apple, citrus). Finish is somewhat dry. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy. Ok.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Originally rated June 2005. Cameron brews come in a 9 pack case. This one pours a light golden-yellow with a medium head and good lace. The aroma is grainy with malt, almost hay, with hints of earth and floral scents. Lightly carbonated and crisp mouthfeel. In the taste, I find sweet malt with a light peach finish. Also, citrus is there, like oranges in the background. Voted best beer by Toronto Life Magazine. Overall, a smooth over-par and well-crafted cream ale.

12oz courtesy of peteinsd. Poured a clear deep yellow with a temporary white head that fizzles up and down like soda. No retention and no lace. Sweet grain nose. Taste is water, hydrogen peroxide, soapy, metallic. Slight all bran cereal.
