341 mL Bottle. Golden-yellow body with a small white head. Sweet malts and grains with a syrupy innuendo make up the aroma; very inviting. Flavor of sweet light malts with a pronounced hop expression, light but not watery at all; just beery. Sweet malts and a note of brown sugar in the aftertaste. Nice astringent finish with subtle notes of grapefruit and lemon peels. 2 thumbs up. Keep up the great brewing, Mr. Cameron.

Bottle. Pours clear, golden with minimal white head. Aromas of grains with a slight floral and fruity aroma. Taste is mildly sweet, with minimal bitterness. Not as nice as their Amber but still solid.

probstblueribbon (3160) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 15, 2010
341 ml bottle in the OCB Discovery Pack 4 from the LCBO, served cold in a Scotch Irish taster glass.

App.: Clear deep golden with a fair white head. Aroma: Fruity biscuit malts, some grain and cereal, thatís pretty much it. Palate: Medium body and carbonation. Flav.: Fruity biscuit malts with some decent caramel, a touch of woodsy, earthy hops, tastes British; dry with very limited bitterness and a clean, malty/mineral finish.

Nothing terribly exciting, but well-made.

DerWeg (1535) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 6, 2010
Gold look white head. Smells lightly sweet of apple, yeast. Taste charges full on with apple and pear, some absolutely fresh delicious grassy-lemon hops, and a bit of a pleasantly earthy-mineral ESB-type character that make it all a bit British. Good body to it, I could certainly session this one any day if drank fresh.

Aroma of light grains and sweet malt with very slight hops. Aroma is quite hoppy for the style. Some more sweet grains with a medium bitter finish. Drinkable, not great but not awful either.

Iíve been eying this 9pack of beer at the beer store for a year now and I finally decided to take a leap of faith and buy it. Glad I did. One sip of this beer and it has become my session beer of choice, creamy, flavorful, quenching and smooth. Top Notch. Pours a light gold colour with a thin white head. The aroma is fruity, biscuity and floral. The flavour is a good reflection of this, with a strong fruity baseline, some sort of berry I think, with some malty biscuity sweetness and a light dry hoppiness in the background. Creamy smooth mouth feel. Thirst quenching, high drinkability. Very satisfying in every aspect.
