UPDATED: FEB 1, 2008 341ml bottle from a 9-pack that I finally got around to buying. Pours a very nice deep golden colour with a very small white head. The aroma is what I expected, very nice blending of creamy malts with some grassy hops. The flavour is more or less the same, perfect balance though, not as much of a creamy texture as I was hoping, but still pretty damn good. A very enjoyable beer, and a great cream ale. I think this style is actually kind of neat, and always extremely drinkable!

Weak but great smell. Clear pee color with some nice looking bubbles going about their business. Really like the after taste creamy and a little sweet. The bubbles are strong and immediately catch your attetion then the cream taste hits you. Good stuff.

341mL bottle: Amber body with small white frothy head. Nice, pronounce aroma of roasted barley malts and hops. Flavour is bold and you can easily taste the spicy hops and roasted malts. Exceptionally smooth finish. Smooth, well rounded palate.

[622-20070916] Sample @ Feast of Fields (Hillsburgh, ON). Floral fruit aroma with mango hints. Clear, pale yellow, quick foamy white head. Pretty fruity flavour. Smooth medium body. Mildly impressive.

341 ml bottle. pours golden with a tiny white head that is gone before the first sip. aromas of melon and yeasty bread. flavours show some hop presents but have no complexity. finish is a little thin. very one dimentional and straight forward.

Medium-gold. Mysteriously shy nose eventually shows melon and malt after warming up a little. Gorgeous melon flavour is the shining star, complemented by a smooth palate, a touch of cardboard and a slight hop/shower curtain finish. Fascinating enough to warrant another purchase in the future.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2007 341 ml bottle - pours clear golden with a very small white head. Aroma very sweet with bready malt. Flavour sweet and fruity with some hops. Very clean tasting. Not bad, not too exciting - clean, smooth and drinkable.

Floral hops over a doughy malt base in the aroma. Clear blonde body topped by a low but lasting white head. Fairly sweet and clean malty flavour with some fruitiness and floral hop notes. Light bitterness. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. Bottle sampled on my trip to Burlington, ON.

Not even very drinkable. Average gold looking, no discernable aroma sweet taste without even a hint of hops (why then call it an "ale"?) and afake seet aftertaste with hint of metal (and it was from a bottle). I’ll never make this mistake again.
