Cask at The Falcon (JDW), High Wycombe, Bucks. Very dark for a bitter with a thin bright white head. Almost non-existent aroma of thin malt, a tiny bit of roastyness and some banana. To taste this is all over the place; thin with only a trace of malt, fruit (banana, pineapple and strawberry), a touch of meaty character and slight sourness leading to a lot of sourness leading to vinegar. A strange beast, strange and objectionable, stupid actually.

Cask at Minster Inn York 3 May 06. Brown colour. A creamy lasting head. Fruity and malty hints. Easy drinkable - but average.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Hazy copper colour with thin beige head. Creamy caramel flavour. Soft in mouth. Faint hop tang on the end. Caramel on the nose. Very soft and easy drinking beer with not a tremendous amount of depth

JDW, Rochester. Fruity session bitter, pulling above its weight. Interesting blend of apple and banana. Starts slightly sweet then finishes chalky dry.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Dark reddish amber with bubbly white head. Looks to me like a beer designed for keg also sold out in cask. Mostly a tasteless non bitter, bitter. A sluggish malt base, boiled to an inch of its life with a non descript hop note, almost but not quite a drainpour, I did manage to finish the pint and move to something more interesting.
