COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An amber-coloured, extremely quaffable bitter with a slightly light malty palate, balanced by underlying hop flavours from the Goldings, Challenger and Cascade hops used, and a pleasing fruity aroma.

Light but very fruity with a good suggestion of sultanas. Crisp and clean. A decent bitter.

tombyars (1102) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - MAR 13, 2012
First tasted this in the Salt Cot, Saltcoats (JDW) in December 2001. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear pale garnet in colour with a thin white head. Light floral hops in the short aroma. Thin resiny mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a slight digestive biscuit note with redcurrant fruit. Slight spicy note to the bitter hop resins. Finish is rather weak and fades fast but sweet malt just about evident. Poor session bitter.
