COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not all lagers are created equal and we have proven this with our fresh approach to this common beer style. Cameron’s Lager was created with inspiration from the Pilsen region of the Czech Republic, and refined for the Canadian palate. Brewed using premium Czech hops and given a full 30 days to condition, guarantees this beer lives up to its World Beer Cup medal.

Bouteille 341 ml. Couleur jeune, arôme de malt et houblon. Goût de céréales, malt et un peu de houblon. Finale sèche. Très bonne lager.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2010 re-rate with fresh brewery sample: 340ml standard twist top brown bottle. Local micro brewed all malt Canadian version of Bavarian helles lager. Puts a clear gold lager in the glass with a decadent frothy white cap. Fresh sweet dough malts and woody- musty hops, some sweetness in the aroma. Good dose of bready speciality cara-pale malts in the front, noble hops chime in late but balance with their grassy-woody notes. Clean lightly citrus finish with some biscuit after taste. A well made straight ahead Canadian helles-styled lager. When fresh this is one of the better lagers on TBS shelves.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2009 Bottle (341ml). Clear light gold with a thick fizzy-foamy white lasting head. Oily, not-too-sweet aroma of cereal grain and sadly, a little bit of corn (hope I’m wrong! - maybe canola?). The taste is clean, again that oily cereal character, no corn - simple, very crisp, no aftertaste. Not bad!

Pours yellow/gold with next to no head. Soft grassy floral hops, grainy pilsner malt in behind. Taste matches the aroma. Crisp but gentle noble hops hold this thing up quite nicely. Gentle bitter finish. No cloying sweetness. Quite nice.
