2.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 AWS9 (353) - Mississauga, - DEC 13, 2008
Bottle. Aroma is fairly weak, though what is there is corn and grain, with some hop. A little pungent actually. Gold, with decent head. Hoppy, a little sweet and bitter, grain and corn accents. Pretty good, not great.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 WheatKing (172) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 25, 2012
Had this from the mixed pack. For an Ontario lager it’s good. A bit boring, but hey if I walked into a 905 clone bar and saw this on special I’d be fine with it. In my notes I wrote that there was a "high pitched" aftertaste. I guess it was late in the session.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 DSG (3005) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 25, 2012
Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentine. Thanks Oren. Clear golden. Aroma with a bit of malt and light grainy and hoppy notes. Sweetish flavor with a finish that is a tiny bit drier. Light to medium-bodied. Boring but not really offensive.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 mansquito (1815) - washington, Washington DC, USA - MAR 4, 2012
LCBO, Toronto sample ($8.95): Pours a blonde colour with a white head. Aroma is light malts, a bit of fruit, and some herbal notes. Very simple lager, not too different from the other simple Cameron’s beers, but nothing offensive about it. Soft carbonation lets it be drunk all easy like. Not too bad, but utterly forgetable.

from Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - quite clear blond beer with a poor head retention; shyly herbal nose; medium-bodied and with some herbal tartness, decently bitter and with a dry and tart corny and herbal finish - raw and simplistic
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 lukin (256) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 30, 2011
bottle. Light gold colour, small head. Aroma is grainy malt, kind of nonexistent. Taste is a little grain/bread malt, tiny bit of hop kick. A decent, simple lager
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Swalden28 (2657) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 3, 2011
Bottle. Pours clear gold with white fizzy head. Not much aroma to speak of, notes of malt and faint mild hop. Flavor is a bit more intriguing but not by much.....decent, simple and a bit tasty. Light body with high carbonation. Overall, not bad!
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 sseb69 (890) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 3, 2011
Bouteille 341 ml. Couleur jeune, arôme de malt et houblon. Goût de céréales, malt et un peu de houblon. Finale sèche. Très bonne lager.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 ncube (23) - - SEP 21, 2011
Bottle from taster’s pack. Head dissipated quickly, but lacing remained throughout. Golden colour. Smells of grass and hay. Does tast pilsner-y. Lightly sweet hay malts, some bitterness, and very mild hop flavour. Faint bitterness remains after a quick dry finish. Not bad for a north american interpretation of a pilsner, but not as flavourful as I would like.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Metalchopz (1427) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 14, 2011
Originally rated May 2006. Comes in a 9-pack case, this lager pours a golden-yellow colour. The head is white, creamy-bubbly, has average lager retention and leaves some wavy lacing. This is definitely a different kind of grain malt that I am used to in this kind of beer. Active carbonation and creamy mouthfeel. The same different malt is tasted. Some slight sweetness, some slight sourness. Lemon shows up in the aftertaste. An above average lager worth upgrading the name to premium.
