Aroma: raw funk, slight tartness that is just right. 7+
Look: murky light brown with lighter top.
Taste / Palate etc.: medium bodied. Plenty of raw gooseberry fruit (red). This beer is balanced even I would call it clean for style. Mild tartness is pleasant here, some wheat like softness, esters on top. Very nice.

aroma has some sour plum, some bitter grapefruit. Not hugely sour for style - pretty palatable in that sense. Pours cloudy orange with little head but some lacing. Taste has light astringency. On tap at volos.

Deep brown pour. The nose is a little bit spicy and quite woody. A touch vineous and a little bit tart with a little bit of cherry aroma and flavour as well. The oak is quite apparent but is well restrained. A touch of light tartness but some soft vanilla as well. Moderate plumminess through the middle of the palate. Quite a lovely brew really.
