Cask at the John Peel Inn, Windermere. Pours dark brown with a medium head. Aroma is burnt Ribena. Taste has a fruity Ribena start and a Christmas spice finish.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2014 Woody aroma. Mahogany colour. Red berry flavour. Drunk this pint just after a Lia Fail so need to drink again first to judge properly. Nice one though and will try again. Witherspoon Newtownards Northern Ireland.

Pint at the Prince of Wales, Lincoln. Clear dark red brown colour with a small of white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour has some sweetness, and a touch of buicuity malt.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Almost clear deep amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Lacto sweet malt, tangy caramel, dried fruits. Dry finish. Very messy.

Cask (Hotspur, Newcastle) - Ruby red with a big head. Raisins, caramel and malt in the aroma. Fruity taste with raisins, marzipan and caramel detected.

Cask at the Magpie, pours mahogany coloured with a clinging off-white head and a malty nose. Body is dryish and malty with faint hints of nuttiness and red fruit. Quaffable.
