Bottle from Hipercor Burgos. 70cl bottle, abv 6%. Slightly hazy light golden coloured. Nose is sour apple and a bit of phenoles. Flavour is dry, sour apple, phenoles, bit of yeast, slight vinegar. Low carbonated. Fairly dry finish. Good stuff.

My spanish rate #100 turned out to be a great spanish cider.. cloudy orange, no head. but some bubbles - like apple juice. aroma: sour and acid apple aroma. flavor : Fresh dry apple taste, sourness, faint vineagra, quite acid flavor, tastes like a good lambic!.

Pours mudy pale yellow with no head. Aroma has barnyard, green apples, light citrus. Soft tartness. Medium carbonation, a tad thin. Flavour is softly tart, green apples, light sulphur, some gueuze character, light vinegar and a pretty citric finish. Rather standard, but quite dirnkable still.

Blond color, more carbonated than usual. Light aroma of ripe apples and sweet wood, some acidity. Very sour mouthfeel, biting, a bit astringent, light taste of cider vinegar, light fruitness. Brave!

A hazy orange cider with no head. The aroma is lovely with notes of wood and acidic apples, and the flavor is very acidic with a touch of lemons besides apples and wood. The acidity draws out the mouthwater, but the body is thin. I find the aroma to be the best part of this cider.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow colour with no head. Sour vinegar aroma and taste, light fruity. Medium body with a very dry finish.

Pale hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Vinegar aroma with a light apple fruityness. Fruity, light tart flavor with apple notes.

Pours extremely pale and hazy. Sour with Greek aromas (olives & feta). Full bodied. Residual sugars. Floral.

Bottle. Hazy and yellow with white head. Fresh and some sourness. A little to much vinegar feel for me.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow coloured with a white head. Acidic aroma of leather and apples. Acidic flavour of apples. Unpleasant.
