Bottle. A more or less clear mead, yellowish golden body, flat, and quite oily. The aroma is nice but maybe a bit straight forward, Alcohol, honey and heather. It’s full-bodied, smooth and warming, with honey sweetness, heather and a generic flower taste. Some pleasant sourness too. Sweet, heathery finish that lasts. While it doesn’t look so nice, the aroma and the most important part, the flavor, is really nice. Definately a mead I could drink more of. 100331

Bottled. Slightly dim yellow body with no head. A fruity, honey and flower aroma with a hint of soap. Flavor is sweet fruity and not to dominated by honey. There is also a nice spicy edge and some acid to balance the sweetness. Fine balance and feels both sweet and a it refreshing at the same time, alcohol is well hidden.
