2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - DEC 12, 2002
Earth, carbonation and light citrus aroma. Golden color, white head, good lace. Sweet, sparkling, chemical, some citrus. Sticky and bitter finish. What a disappointmet after the normal Campus.

A very bubble bathy head and a strong nose. Quite carbonated and dry but has a slight cloyness in the aftertaste but not a bad tasting finish at all.

Rich and complex. The yeasty nose on it is a good starter, and then on tasting hints of nuttiness and figs. Nice dry finish with a lingering but not unpleasant alcohol.

Dark yellow. Bubbly. Sweet but not overpowering. Quickly dissipating head. Is that aroma the same with all Huyghe’s beers?...must be the yeast... not as strong but very familiar. Beer goes down look soda-pop.

Pretty good little beer, big fluffy head, and OK lace. i don’t know if its me lately but i keep smelling detergent in these lighter coloured belgian blondes and tripels, and this one was no different, theres also a starchy wheaty smell in there aswell and a bit of apple , pretty decent beer, a medium body with a nicely bitter finish, bit of apple fruit in there, and quite gassy.
