Less than ten seconds worth of foam. Decent mouthful of carbonation. Mellow on the malts. The alcohol is clearly present.

I don't understand why every beer Huyghe makes smells so bad. pours semi murky yellow with almost no head. rancid apple aroma. taste sharp apples and alcohol with a caramel drawn out aftertaste.

A very bubble bathy head and a strong nose. Quite carbonated and dry but has a slight cloyness in the aftertaste but not a bad tasting finish at all.

Rather pleasant. Quite sweet & smooth. Lots of fruitiness and other flavours - peach, apple, citrus, honey. Heavy doughy yeastiness. Pale malts used, acquiring grain, bread and cookie flavours.

A belga Huyghe sörfőzde 6,5% alkoholtartalmú, felsőerjesztésű pale ale típusú szűretlen „söre”. Búzasörökhöz hasonló opálos, világosabb borostyán szín, és citrusos ízek jellemzik. Először citromos, majd narancsos fíling jelentkezik egy visszafogott, decens keserűség felvezetésében. Telt, harapnivaló, ugyanakkor mégis könnyen iható belgaság, amelyet szinte észrevétlenül olajoz a viszonylag magas alkoholtartalom.
