MGC under a large medium lasting off white head that makes some lace. Faint stalish woody hops, something lambicky and egg white aroma. Medium soft low carb body. Watery light bitter hops, lightly candy soft drink sweet and a touch of malt at the finish. Is this Huyghe's worst beer? Stick to the ales guys.

When you open the bottle the aroma reveals itself really quickly and pleasantly. It has sweetness in it, bit of lemon and spices. The taste is bitter and doesn’t stay long in your mouth. It’s kinda hard to tell it’s pleasant or nasty. I think it can go either way. The glass doesn’t add up to the experience.

Bottled, at The Railway Inn, Kew Gardens, West London. </br>Pale golden colour, with a slight cloudiness to it and thin grey head. Cheep corn or grain aroma, very thin a not really worth the time or effort. Moderately bitter with a thin palate.

Quite yeasty and alcoholic flavour. Some sour freshness. Reddish/amber colour. Quite boring and watery.

The other students on this campus are purportedly ales. This beer pours clean and clear in the glass with a crisp creamy head. There is good lacing in the glass as well so for all intents and purposes it looks good. But then it hit me! The use of that dreaded word 'premium'. Whenever this word is used it is almost mandatory that the beer should be bland and fairly unexciting. Well done Campus, you get A+ for achieving the mediocrity expected.

Boring crap. Huyghe suck anyway, and then they go and make this shitty lager. Corny/ricey, sweet-ish malty, dry-ish finish and easy to drink, extremely boring, and very uncompliacted. Why do us Aussies end up with all the crap? This is a pretty pointless beer.

One of my least favourite breweries and it's no surprise when they make such mediocre crud as this. Thin, champagne like texture with flat, corny malt and soft hop flavour. At least it's not as offensive as other Huyghe products.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2009 Very pale in colour and quite cloudy (in the bits floating in it kind of way) Tastes a little like its stuck between styles lager/Trappist Ale, and failed on both. Too sweet for a lager and not challenging enough for a Trappist. Definately quite watery, but the sweetness there was of a very faint bitter orange and honey. A little too dry on the end.
