COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at the DISOB tasting, Den Haag. Poured a clear copper colour with a glass hugging off white head. The aroma and indeed the flavour are rich and fruity with red berries. It’s also a little metallic in the palate and somewhat sweet. Would quickly become sickly I feel.

Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Hazy copper pour with chunks. Aroma of metallic sugary malts with sweaty malts and madeira. Flavor is sweet malty sugars, boring and off balance.

Pours a golden copper slightly with a large beige frothy head. The head subsides leaving good lacework. I assume clumped yeast is what is floating in the beer, as the bottle has yeast in it. Aroma starts with a sweet caramel and slight spiciness. The flavor is very metallic. Disappointing! However, the mouthfeel is a good medium, with good carbonation and a slight creamy feel. A medium dry finish, with a slight alcohol warming. Overall, a good beer, I think the metallic is possibly from age or bad handling. Will get more and try again.

Clear amber beer but with some floaters - nice! Little white head. Soft palate, fairly dry. Sweet smooth dry malt with a trace of bubblegum. Dry and somewhat cloying, not good.
