COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

This beer has a golden pale body - hue apperance and a fine light brown scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is spicy with a light moutig afther tast.

Bottle.33cl. Very fine sweet aroma, maybe to sweet but pleasent, the alcohol is a bit to the strong side. Long aftertast, sweet and a bit bitter, fine beer.

0.33 l bottle from BSH, Bp. Cloudy copper pour with floating sediments and a fizzy, medium sized beige head on its top, which leaves a thin film behind. Fruity nose and aroma with caramel, yeast and alcohol underpainted by some spicy hops. It finishes a bit abrupt and liqueur liked with peppery alcohol and citrusses, which leaves a light tart aftertaste behind. Showed nothing really exciting, but overall o.k.

33 cL bottle. A subtle and fairly tastey ale, and it hides the alcohol content well. A hint of caramel. This is enjoyable, but doens’t leave a lasting memory. Well worth a try if you see it about.

Aroma seemd like a blend between the classic belgian strong standard spices, malt and often caramel sugars that I associate with the style and a sweet cider. It was kind of neat. Hazy amber body and then more hints of cider in the flavour. Sweet malts with something muted in behind. Quick finish and a somewhat thin mouthfeel. OK.

Dark amber beer. Huge creamy light brown lasting head. A lot of carbonation. Very fruity aroma of oranges, but these oranges disappear after a time and are replaced by prunes and raisins. Also the taste reveals some fruitiness. Again prunes and raisins in combination with some nice long lasting bitterness. A very nice beer!

Bottle, 330ml. A golden colour with a medium head and a lot of yeast particles. A very fruity aroma with notes of caramel, peach and grape. Taste has caramel, hops, spice and yeast. Not bad.

(Draft. 03/2006) Brilliant, straw gold. Sulphur nose. Lasting, white head. Nice lace on the glass. Malty palate. Some hop forward notes. Light bodied. The alcohol is almost unnoticable if consumed cold.
