COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For this smooth Pub Draught ale, we dug deep. Real deep. Mama Earth is important to us, so for her we dug 12 feet down and replaced the remnants of the old Duluth Spring Company with good, clean, fresh dirt. Now that the digging is done, kick off your boots and settle in. Enjoy the soft hops and light caramel malts brewed to satisfy the people who work hard to do the right thing and make our hometown homier.

Tap - good size foamy head once all the carbonation settled, medium copper color, sweet malty aroma and flavor, creamy finish - kind of reminds me of Boddingtons a little ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Canal Park Brewing Company. This beer looks good in the glass, but that is about the extent of its goodness. It is certainly clean, with hardly any aroma. Flavor is not bad, but very mild, clean. Taste and palate are too thin and smooth - almost watery in both regards. No offensiveness, but nearly no redeeming qualities. Even mild beer fans at the table thought it was lacking substance.
