It’s Christmas-time in Paris, and that means the Noël beers are appearing again! This has a foggy dark amber-brown body and a decent solid head on top. The aroma is wood and barley, some malty spicines. Taste is a typical amber brew, lots of malt and some nutty notes. Not bad, not great.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a hazy, orange body with some microfloaties and a dense, finger-thick beige head. Malty nose with some fruityness, sweetness and hints of dried fruits. Nutty, toffee flavor with some fruit notes, maybe a bit sweet. Medium to full body with pleasant carbonation. A quite pleasant beer. 091024

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to light brown with a minimal off-white head. Mild spiced and caramel malty aroma. Mild sweetness lurking through. Sweet caramel malty towards breadish and light roasted and spiced. Holds a nice counterbalance in the hops. Light bitterness into a medium dry yet tastye malty finish. Nice one.
