This one was four month over the top, I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but it wasn't good!! Cloudy dark yellow body, fast disappearing head. The aroma had a strage and unpleasant cheesy touch. I also smell spices, hops and ginger. Flavor is just as weird (and bad!): Bittersweet with spruces and hops notes. I believe this beer was too old at the time of consumption....!!

bottle (brewed at Mélusine), many thanks to jaghana! Hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of honey. Malty, slightly fruity, easy-going ale.

Bottle 33cl from Naturalia bio shop Levallois-Perret. A Cloudy amber beer without head. Nose is malty and caramel like. Aroma is low, body is light too, just some astringent notes, quite dry, light fruit notes, low yeast notes too, a very shy beer.

At a tasting, thanks zvikar, bottle, pours cloudy yellow orange, sourish aroma, fruity taste, sourish and interesting aftertaste, and overall an interesting beer.

At a tasting: bready, honeycomb, caramel, strawberry jam, cardboard, nice aroma, flavor much less, light bodied, ok but unimpressive.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Very hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grains, a bit of yeast and sugar. Sweetish grainy cereals flavor with a slightly drier finish. Light-bodied. Bad.

At a tasting, thanks Sharon, pours an hazy orange with a small to medium head, aroma of honey, caramel, wheat, cherries and wood, flavor of wheat, banana, cherries with a moderate bitterness, light body, OK.

At a tasting,thanks zvikar, smallish head, murky golden orange colour, aroma of candy sugar, sour cherries and honey, flavour of sunflower seeds, and some peachy fruitiness, lightish sweet and sour aftertaste. Quite original.

Pours light foggy greenish-yellow with only a bit of head. Aroma of corn, grass, alcohol. Taste is sour grains and water. Unintrusive bitter finish, odd aftertaste. Very little to like in this one.

bottle form La Cervoiserie. golden, fizzy white head. aromas, citrus hops, malty with medium grains, average. flavors, light citrus hops, some tropical fruits, pineapple/apricot, mild brown sugar, light caramel and grains, finish of mild bitter hop.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear light to medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, keller, light yeasty, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100110]
