Citric from the wheat, like French wheat beers often are, with a herbal but also a strong vegetable appeal. Taste is better, less vegetable, but itself a bit too straightforward. Not clean tough, the body is fine, with its soft carbonation, but it tastes watery and with very little malt character. Especially sugary ending. It’s quite poor overall and too sweet for my taste. The aroma with off, but the sweet ending overall ruins it the most. (33cl bottle from a biomarche in Neuilly)

Bottle. Hazy yellow with almost no head. Malty citrus and skunky hops aroma and taste with a dry crisp finish.

Bottle 33cl, a very cloudy yellow orange beer without head. Nose is on agrumes and mangoo. Aroma is light, very watery, low bread notes, slightly acid at the finish with yeast aroma and some cereals hints. Very easy drinking beer, not impressive.

Found at an organic food store in Paris. (Seriously.) Pours with almost no head, and a yellow-green colour. Very slight grassy aroma. Taste is a fermented wheat with a hint of hops, soft but refreshing.

Bottle. Musty orange-lemon and coriander aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Light musty lemon peel and stale wheat malt. Watery body. Aroma showed promise but not much flavor.

Bottle at Le Sous-Bock, Paris
Hazy blond color; no head retention. It has a poor aroma of stale beer (the dropping under a tap in the pub). Almost no flavor, slighlty sweet, with a very late tart wheat touch. Not disgusting, but plain useless.

[Sampled in 2004 at Jyske Řldage, Kolding wiht Henrik.] Thisone was really nice despite the fact that I couldn’t remember anything caused by it was one of the last beers a that wonderful day in Kolding. Must try it not having the view to a hangover!

This wit has a greyish, murky apple juice color and a minimal head. The aroma is malty with notes of fruit. The flavour is lightly sour, enough to make me think: infected??? But I don’t think it is, because it goes away after a few sips. It has notes of fruit, banana and light sweetness. It’s rather thin, should have more power and it has this "tired malt" note in the finish.
