2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Blanche très pâle sans grand caratère ...
C’est raffraichissant mais sans corps ni arôme. ça a le mérite d’être biologique, ce qui m’est sympathique. Pas pour moi néanmoins ...

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Citric from the wheat, like French wheat beers often are, with a herbal but also a strong vegetable appeal. Taste is better, less vegetable, but itself a bit too straightforward. Not clean tough, the body is fine, with its soft carbonation, but it tastes watery and with very little malt character. Especially sugary ending. It’s quite poor overall and too sweet for my taste. The aroma with off, but the sweet ending overall ruins it the most. (33cl bottle from a biomarche in Neuilly)
