3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 tiggmtl (4475) - Vancouver, - AUG 19, 2009
Aroma has some sharp wheat character along with strong jam-like apricot sweetness. There’s also a bit of a sour under-current. Dull and hazy orange-golden body is topped by a generous and lasting white head that sticks to the sides of the glass. Wheat flavour is strong up front with pleasant apricot sweetness coming out in the finish. Some bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Not as sweet as the aroma lead me to expect. Medium light body with crisp, lightly prickly carbonation that is quite refreshing. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle purchased at the BCLS at Hellsgate in Aug-09.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - MAR 11, 2012
Partypig at the brewery taproom Muddy blond color. Delicate apricot aroma. Dry mouthfeel, some wheat flavor, and some light fruity touch. The final is a bit too bitter for this kind if beer. Drinkable.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Lagerboy (416) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2012
Unclear orange yellow, white receding head. Apricot wheat malt aroma. Sweet apricot malt taste, crisp and refreshing. Light bodied, average carbs. Sweet clean finish. Nice summer sipper, or deep winter diversion.

Aroma and flavour were a pleasant apricot. Smooth mouthful. Not as good as other Cannery’s, but still nice.

650 ml bottle. Barriere, BC, Canada.
Slightly hazy golden colour with small white head.
Sweet wheat and fruits in aroma.
Wheat, yeast, fruits, sweetness and some hops in flavour. I couldn’t recognize the apricots.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 CapFlu (3798) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 17, 2010
(650ml bottle) Purchased at the brewery on June 10, 2010. They oddly package this beer upside-down because it "stays fresher"? Very lemony tonic aroma. Slight cloudy golden orange body with a lasting medium white head. Flavour is cloying, milky lemon citrus. I don’t get any real apricot - and its a fairly watery American wheat beer - but all and all palatable. I’m much more partial towards the Wild Fire IPA.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 paco (527) - Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA - JUL 8, 2010
Bottle. Lots of faint fruit aromas here. Some apricot, orange, banana, and some spices make up the aroma. Taste is of the same fruits. Very light flavors, way over carbonated. Terrible example of a fruit beer.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Sask89 (278) - Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA - MAY 13, 2010
Pours a clear orange colour with a medium frothy white head. Aroma is definitely fruity; apricot, peach and orange peel, also noticeable is a little herb/spice smell. Taste is heavily sweet with various fruity undertones present. Body is light, texture is thin and the carbonation is fairly fizzy. Overall a good fruit beer, not a fan of the style though.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20 Powertrip (841) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 12, 2010
Pours...well...the colour of Apricots. Very sweet fruit nose...apricot, banana, glacier water, thyme, malt. Sweet (but not sugary) entrance into the mouth. Apricots abundant. Wheat is quite dominant through mid palate. Dried prairie herbs finish things off. This one had a great sweetness that wasn’t fruit dominant or sugar dominant...and this made for a pleasent surprise. A touch high on carbonation.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 pintbypint (1610) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 13, 2010
650ml brown bottle. Hazy yellow/gold. Creamy, tight beaded white head. Apricot fruit nose, sweetish but pleasant. Flavour is crisp dry wheat malt with apricot, hint of hops at the end. Dry, clean finish. Light body, tight active carbonation but not too fizzy. Fruit-wheat beers usually don’t do much for me, but this one is rather refreshing, even drunk out of season.
