2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
A very lean IPA which apparently suffered a lot from the 1+ year of age on it.
It just felt like a failure, a very timid rendition of the style with unpleasant edges.
Very weak maltiness with dominating dull bready features, rather sweet, but without uplifting much malt-derived flavours at all. Tired citrusy hops stay rather timid. Strong mineral edges, salty even. Loose mouthfeel.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Decent enough IPA. Hoppy, fruity, bittersweet. Pours golden, with some mild head. 6% is always a good thing too.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A very likeable IPA that has good typical hop aromas and bitterness of this style. Clear amber colour and easy to drink.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a nice clear copper colour with big creamy white head leaving lace all up the glass. Aroma is sweet malts, some citrus, light grass and mild biscuits. Flavour is grapefruit with a mix of milder pine, moderate bitterness that lingers but not too long, malty sweetness to finish and settle the lingering bitterness.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a hazy orangish copper with a big white head that dissipates into a ring that leaves tons of sticky lacing. Aroma of citrus hops, sweet pale malts, grass and bread. Taste is citrus hops up front balanced very well by by the pale malts that provide a bit of sweetness before getting a nice smooth bitter finish. Overall a very sessionable IPA.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Orangish. The aroma is certainly nice. Orange and grapefruit. The taste faltered for me, though. Yeah it has bitterness but it’s too piney for my taste. This lasts, as well. A bit soapy. Just not the right type of IPA for me, I’m sure others would love it. Happy IPA Day!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
650ml bomber pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that dissipated quickly leaving a few specks of lacing behind. Aroma is grassy hop bitterness with a light malty hop sweetness. A solid IPA, but definitely not up there with the best.

355 ml can labelled Cannery Brewing IPA 6% ABV
Clear orange copper, pillowy off white head settles and lingers. Piney hop aroma. Piney resinous bitter hop taste, some faint citrus. This one is all hop, malts are faint to non-existent. Average carbonation, medium bodied, medium hopped. Oily bitter finish. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Amber colour with foamy white head. Faint aroma. Taste is bitter hops, some sweet malts to balance it out, grapefruit. An okay IPA.
