Had on tap at their Columbus location. Light copper appearance, decent sized white head. Faint fruity aroma. Tangy, citrusy flavor with a thick, malty backdrop. Very decent amber ale for a brewpub.

On tap- Served an amber color with a small head that faded quickly to bits of lacing. Mild aroma of sweet malt and some citrus. Nice malty taste with a bit of fruit. There is a mild bitterness with a clean finish. Fairly light body, smooth but a bit bland. Decent and unoffensive beer. I was hoping for a bit more.

Clear amber in color with small head. Caramel aroma. Watered down taste that really didn’t have a lot of flavor. Not a big fan.

Clear dark amber color with a small sticky head that never really goes away and just turns into a surface covering lacing. Aroma is strong malty caramel. There are also some light fruit punch hops at the back end of the aroma. Taste is a bit watered down caramel sweetness with some light bark. Aftertaste is light sweet hops.
Sampler @ brewpub.

Appearance: Clear, orangey-copper body with a thin, off-white head. Smell: Fairly faint aroma of flowers and a vague pale maltiness. Taste: More of that mild pale maltiness with only a hint of sweetness. Floral, spicy hops with a mild bitterness, though all quite light. Clean finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Somewhat watery mouthfeel. Drinkability: A tolerable brewpub amber ale.

05 GCBC. Amber with a hint of red and clear. Some caramel malty aromas and flavors, but everything was tainted by buttery diactyl unfortunately.

Odd little brew. It was a nice ruby with a big white head. The overall experience was kind of fruity, but aside from that the only thing I can say is that it was very watery, reminding me of a watered down beer. Good, but not great in any respect.
