Cask (gravity dispense) at GBBF, day 4 on 4 August 2006. Golden colour. A fairly basic light bitter with plenty of fruity, appley notes. Relatively firm mouthfeel but not particularly bitter. Didnít seem in top condition.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask sampled at brewery tap. Upon first tasting, I thought - little flavour. However further down the glass, I detected more flavour, and thought this a reasonable beer. It is gently flavoured, in Wye Valley HPA mould, with spicy hop detectable in the finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol March 2013. Pale in colour, slightly sickly cereals, sharp tangy stone fruits and a moderately bitter finish. Not for me.

Cask, gravity at the Beer Tent, Bromyard Folk Festival, Bromyard, Herefordshire Friday 7th September 2012 Pleasant beer, preferred this to the Arrowhead Extra. Simple tasty bitter with a middling bitterness and good fruitiness. Had this whilst walking up into Bromyard town so my details are sketchy. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Golden color, small white head, some lace. Diacetylic, sweet buttery and dusty aroma. Mostly likely from hops, because flavor is also weird dusty-herbal with some sweet apple-fruity notes. Odd. I wonder what hops they use (or spices?).

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask at GBBF 06. Gold. Disappearing off white head. Soft yeast aroma. Dull malt. Not a great finish, some faint citrus. Disappointing.
