Nose of honey biscuit and floral fruity hops. Somewhat peefumey but leaning towards the english style for sure. Pours golden nice frothy head. Flavors of biscuit honey and fruoty hops. A little earthy and floral. Smooth and nice bodied at 4.8%. Good solid drinker.

GCBF 2010. Hazy bright golden colour. Hop dominated aroma and flavour of pine and citrus pith. A tasty IPA despite the surprisingly mild ABV.

Pours a clear golden-copper with a thin layer of foam and great lacing. Aroma is very buttery, but not unpleasantly so. Flavour is quite pleasant: lightly fruity malt, Goldings and/or Northern Brewer hops (turns out it is Cascades, but I’m really not getting the citrus). More English than Pacific Northwest, but significantly more pleasant than the more recent Anglo-IPAs that I’ve had. Lightly creamy body, good carb, lingering finish. Well done!

(Draught) Nose is somewhat buttery with a backing of hops. Flavour is nicely hopped though hollow - much like the IPAs of Northern New York State, this beer is overly sweet and possibly using the wrong hop for this style. A honey-maple residue backed by a soapy glass. Flavour is intensely bitter and overly sweet.
