COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true classic European pilsner. Clean and light in colour. Malty up front with a lively Czech Saaz hop finish. Crisp and exceptionally drinkable.

On draught at the brewpub (finally went). Clear gold, white head. Nose is floral, pear, crackery malt. Flavour is crackery malt, bitter finish for the style. Crisp. Nice carb bite. A bit heavy. A perfumy pilsner.

kramer (4686) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 4, 2013
Tap. Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small fizzy white head, tons of carbonation. The nose is just lots of corn with a bit of pale malt and minimal to no hops. The flavor is rather corn laced and very boring with minimal to no hops, not especially clean or crisp at all. Light bodied and sticky with lots of fizzy carbonation. Too much corn and residual sweetness in this one. Blah.

Draft - Corn, apple and a hint of skunk. Clear pale fizzy yellow with a foamy white head. Tastes just like it smells although a candy like sweetness finishing with a grassy bitterness. Not your everyday lager, and I will give them that.

Druid (82) - Wamuran, AUSTRALIA - AUG 10, 2013
Aromas of straw and grass with a nice light straw colour pour. A crips acidic taste and some very mild bitterness left on the palate. A well balanced lager that is very easy to drink yet has lots of complexity to it enjoy.

Very drinkable lager. Trumps the Phillip’s Phoenix I just had. Puors typical golden but with good lacing, some head. Grainy, crisp finish. On tap at brewpub.

Draught at Canoe; clear yellow with small white head; aroma-hay, floral, skunk, popcorn; taste-light sweetness and bitterness, light, thin. Not good.

Nose of bread a little sweeter than many light earth and grass. Golden pour thin head. Flavors of bread sweeter malts some residual sugar honey and earthy bitterness. Light grass asI well. Some grainy bread bites linger. Not cleanest lager but pleasant and drinkable like all of their beer.

Beershine (5195) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - MAR 24, 2010
Bottle. Pale gold with scant head. Mild pale malt aromas are toasty and mushroomy. Medium carbonation and light body. Not the brightest beer in the bunch but has a good balance. The maple and pancake crust flavors mellow into a nice dry finish.
