COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true classic European pilsner. Clean and light in colour. Malty up front with a lively Czech Saaz hop finish. Crisp and exceptionally drinkable.

Pale golden colour, sweet pale malt aroma with notes of peach and apricot in the nose. Faint citrus and apple fruitiness as well. Decent body with a crisp flowery finish. Slightly bready flavour in the finish. Not bad.

This is a decent pilsener with some up front malt and some hops on the back end. Nothing to get very excited about, though.

On the pour:nice gold colour,a little darker then your average lager, creamy white head with lacing. Some hops noted in the nose. On the taste:mellow malt start the quickly goes into a Saaz hop, some back ground smokiness and lemon. Great mouth feel lots of bubbles and texture, drys up real nice on the swallow. you can enjoy these or put'em back,I think putting these back would be a waste, but they are that refreshing and smooth.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2004 Pale yellow in colour. Although there's a defnite hop flavour it could use more hops and I seem to sensing a bit of a commercial flavour to the beer in general.

Some aromahops in nose. Amber, no head. Ok balance and with a light bitter finish. Relative lightbodied but ok.
