On the pour:nice gold colour,a little darker then your average lager, creamy white head with lacing. Some hops noted in the nose. On the taste:mellow malt start the quickly goes into a Saaz hop, some back ground smokiness and lemon. Great mouth feel lots of bubbles and texture, drys up real nice on the swallow. you can enjoy these or put'em back,I think putting these back would be a waste, but they are that refreshing and smooth.

Nose of bread a little sweeter than many light earth and grass. Golden pour thin head. Flavors of bread sweeter malts some residual sugar honey and earthy bitterness. Light grass asI well. Some grainy bread bites linger. Not cleanest lager but pleasant and drinkable like all of their beer.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2005 Light haze, medium gold colour. Slight noble hop aroma with hints of fresh pale malt. Fresh, slightly limey hop and bread notes on the palate. Clean, drinkable and with a shade of bitterness to make it gently appetizing. Not bad for the house "macro".
