Limited release seasonal winter warmer. Rich amber colour with spicy hints of cinnamon, ginger, clove. Malty sweetness with rounded brandy-like finish. IMproves with age.

(Draught) Glass sampled at the brewpub. An elixir on malted caramel malt and a strong ABV. Good consistency but hopelessly spiced as something different - almost a clove-like overwhelming flavour with a caraway seed sweep. Good overall.

My favourite Canoe beer so far. Pours an amber body with a small off white head. Aroma is complex, with hints of caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon. Lots of flavour of spice and malts. Sweet but very masking of the high abv. Finishes a tad sweet but still smooth.
