Handbottle @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].

Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111230]

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Handbottle courtesy of Harrisoni. Clear gold beer. Light dry palate. Nice neutral pale malt. Fairly bitter hops - noble tasting. A little grassiness. Dry finish. Bitter linger. Alright.

Foundty helles 4.1% cask clear gold lasting white head. Yeasty hoppy aroma. Not huge carbonation in the the mouth. Pleasant flavours and good hoppy bite on finish. Most people would take this as a golden ale i am sure. Fine 3.1/5. on keg gold slight haze lasting thick near whit head. Fresh subtle yeast and subtle hop aroma. Far more carbonated than the cask version. Still good hops on the finish. Some harsh bite from the gas. Yes pretty decent and likeable 3.3/5

Handbottle from keg, provided by harrisoni, fresh from the Foundry, Canterbury. Pleasant slightly bready malt aroma. Decent hop presence on the palate. Some honeyish touches. Clean and firm mouthfeel. Very good interpretation.
