COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and bottle conditioned; Special
A Belgian style treble hopped pale ale. Dry hopped with two of our favourite Australian hops, Summer and Topaz. Exceptionally full bodied and complex for a beer of this strength, the punch of dry hops gives a huge aroma and delicious tropical and passion fruit flavours. A few gems of the Australian summer.

Gold pour. Small white head that lasts the entire drink. Lacing. Malt aroma with notes of caramel and roast. Nice hop presence. Taste is spot on with the nose. Quite drinkable and tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle (Snow@ChrisO)
Pleasantly fruity hops in the aroma. Smooth palate, quite full body. Sweetish and fruity taste too. Decent balance, but this can’t cut through my fatigue, I need more excitement in my glass.

Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - thanks to Ian, Canterbury’s top homer. Pours lightly hazy gold with a bubbly, white head. Big floral hop nose, some wheat. Medium sweet flavor with heavy doses of grass and flowers, some dirt, perfume. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, lots of perfumey and floral bitterness. Nice.
