[ My Rating #4000 ].. After drinking so many bottles of this very very nice beer I manage also to make a rating of it ..
Light unclear medium to dark red color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, light red head. Aroma is blueberries - berry sour - tart, wood, horse blanket - barnyard, acdic. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. It is awesome .. very very nice and complex and again easy to drink and very refreshing... ;o)) (050708)

Aug 28, 2008 Thanks to Papsoe for sending and pepsican for sharing! 750ml bottle. Batch 2, vintage 2007. Poured a murky purple-orange color with a pinkish head. Lots of yeasty bread dough in the aroma accopanied by light blueberry and an occasional whiff of formaldehyde. Odd, but true. Medium bodied with moderate to high acidity. Again, very pleasant yeasty/dought flavor with an intensely acidic, mouthwatering unripe blueberry accent. I also got some funk and a hint of sulfur. A wild ride, literally and figuratively.

Aug 26, 2008 Papsoe, seriously thank you for this. Hazy red pour with a reddish white head. Tart blueberry and oak aroma. Flavor is very similar, mildly dusty and good god is that sour. Very tart finish with just a touch of sweetness that..."balances(?)" it out. This was batch 2 from 2007.

Aug 8, 2008 sample at rbsg.im not sure which vintage.honestly i could not pickup much blueberry in the aroma or flavor.i picked up some fruit type qualities,but really it was just very sour and very dry.

Aug 5, 2008 Bottle sampled at RBSG ’08. Pours with a slightly cloudy, rose body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. It’s sour and tart with nice underlying blueberry that adds some sweetness. Light bodied, crisp and dry.
