"unblended lambic aged three years in oak. after a couple Cantillon beers, Iím just not seeing what the fuss is about, ESPECIALLY for the price! aroma is muddled lambic/sour notes, like Iíve had before but watered down without the usual pleasantries. below avg. it pours flat - no head. no carbonaion provides a watery mouthfeel, and since the flavor was also watered down vegetal sour, acidic...this just isnít a good beer, for any price. sour, but not too much. cidery, but barely. this isnít delicate, itís just dull. almost all lambics iíve had have been better.

Bottle. Pours intense clear orange golden with no head and no carbonation. Aroma is cantillon funk, brett, barnyard, acid tart apples and some wood. Taste is pretty sour and clean. Vinegar. Watery feel due to the lack of carbonation. Dry oaky finish along with astringent tartness.

75cl bottle. Pours clear orange amber with no head at all. Aroma has lots and lots of oak. a little vanilla, and then lots of tartness, herbs, sourness and funky yeast. Taste is pretty sour. Lots of vinegar, balsamico, dry oak, bittersour funk, barnyard. No carbonation and an almost sticky boddy. Very pure!

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy and golden. Aroma of crisp, fresh apples. Very lightly carbonated, making the sourness step up so much more. Sour, but balanced! Nice!

At Eurhop festival in Rome-ITALY, on tap. Color is a golden/orange, a bit hazy with almost no foam. Mild refreshing sourness in the nose. Mouth has acidic pungent feel and aftertaste, very thirsty quenching. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
