Pours dark yellow and hazy. Aroma of mild funk grass and floral. Muted compared to most cantillon. Taste of oak predominance. Mildly floral citrus, grapefruit, good but blunted. Thin mouthfeel. Overall ok. Not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

December 27, 2014 - bottle shared by Brett. Clear golden pour with some bubbles as the head. Aroma and taste of barnyard funk and wood. This was very well balanced and easy to drink.

Bottle at Mikkeller Viktoriagade. Hazy golden liquid with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, white pepper, apples, bread and red berries. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemons, white pepper, apples, apple skin, funk and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.

750ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 27-12-2014.
Labeled as "Lambic Bio 2011". Bottled 6 October 2014.
Pours hazy deep golden with little vanishing white head. No lacing. Tart, grapy aromas. Light body, average carbonation, some crispy texture taht turns oily so quick. Taste is quite tart, a bit liveless, grapy, astrigent. Quite peculiar and enjoyable.

0,75 l bottle on Christmas Eve (bottled 6/10/2014). Slightly hazy, pale orange-yellow with almost no head. Only some small white bubbles that disappear quickly. Aroma of fermented apples and citrus. Sourish taste of fermented apples and citrus. Nice but not as good as expected. Medium sour aftertaste and a slightly tart finish. Thin body, fizzy mouthfeel, no carbonation. My first lambic which left me quite disappointed. I expected the aroma and taste to be more complex and intense. Still a nice beer but just too simple.

Pours slightly hazy light amber, with no head. Aroma has citrus, slight horse blanket, earthy, wet hay. Taste is a tad sour, but nothing crazy.. average bodied, with slightly fizzy carbonation. but definitely less fizzy than the regular bio lambic.
