0,33 kaadettu lasiin@ pikkulintu. Kaunis samea, meripihkan kultainen. Kirpakka aprikoosin tuoksu, lambickmainen. Hieman hiivaa. Aprikoosia ja kirpeää marjaa, kuivahkoa.

markextrae (959) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 10, 2014
Shared bottle, poured a slight hazy orange golden colour. Some sweeter fruity aroma, apricots, barnyard, oak, murky hop, medium sour because of the fruits, tart, vineous notes, grains, not my favourite fruit lambic

Salmoniform (648) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy golden orange hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is lactic, apricot, funk, straw, peppercorn. Mouthfeel is great with a medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness with spicy following and sour tart finish. Overall this is a nice brew...but I actually expected a bit more.

A regoûter

Alengrin (1716) - BELGIUM - AUG 18, 2014
Classic Cantillon fruit lambic, with real Bergeron apricots to which the label playfully refers; yellowish and hazy robe, powerful aroma with all the Cantillon funkiness one can expect, very fruity from esters as well as apricots, barnyard, sherry, sweat, sour cream, taste very Cantillon - in other words, lots of ’neige’ citric acid, lots of lactic acid, lots of funkiness, uncompromisinly sour yet very complex, woody, very dry, with the apricots shining through nicely. One of their many masterpieces.

Sample@Quintessence 2014.

Wombata (452) - Kobe, JAPAN - JUL 25, 2014
2008 bottle. Aroma: Pear, chardonnay, sour apricot, Medium-intense tartness that evolves. Flavors: Tart pear, apricot fruit, vinegar, bitter apricot and ume skins. Lingering blend of tart fruit on the finish. Comment: Very special and great mix of slightly viscous aged nectar and vinegar.

Hazy orange/yellow pour with a white head. Light citrus and apricot/peach aroma and some tropical rain. Flavor is sour apricot/orange. Pretty damn tasty.
