On tap at Borefts 2014. Not my first choice, but this was an excellent replacement. Sour as hell at the first few sips. Once I got used to it I started tasting the Lambic and a distinct (dried) apricot taste. The latter made it actually a bit sweeter. A very nice beer to drink as a step away from the beers I usually have.

On tap at Borefts Festival 2014. Comes a somewhat hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of fruit and barnyard. Taste is tart fruit, apricot, barnyard, and wood. Very nice.

Tap at Borefts 2014. Pours hazy orange-yellow with a almost not-existing white head/edges. Aromas of apricots, vinegar, yeast, stable and yoghurt. Taste is pretty fruit forward, vinegar, green sour apples, tart apricot, stable-like notes. Finish is pretty sweet but tart fruits. Pretty low carbonation because of the pours from Cantillon which werent from bottles. Cant wait to drink my bottle of this with more carbonation.

Bottle 2014 vintage. Poured in my Cantillon glass. Hazy golden body with a medium frothy white head. Apricots, yeast, fruit, tart, basement aromas. Tart yeast, fruity, apricot flavors. Delicious. I think this is a new favorite from Cantillon.

2013 bottle. Pours a golden orange, a bit hazy, nice 2 finger white head. Aromas of light apricot, wet oak, musty notes and a lingering tartness. (Stings the nostrils!) Taste is much more subdued in terms of the apricot flavors than I expected. Much more wet oak, tart citrus zest and earth...along with slight notes of vinegar and a slight bitterness. Carbonation is pretty lively and this finishes pretty dry. Very nice Lambic and glad to have tried it, but not my favorite Cantillon offering.

Borefts 2014. Poured hazy orange, frothy off white head. Aroma of tart apricot. Light body, flavour as the aroma, lovely and tart, very refreshing and nicely balanced.

@Borefts 2014, Oranje/geel zonder kraag.

2013 release. Very carbonated. Lots of apricot. Slight sour. Wierd finish, still apricot, but like the unsweetened part by the pit. Had this right after blabær, I’ll put them on the same level.

15cl tasting @ Borefts Beer Festival. Hazy golden, big creamy head. Apricot rounds of some typical big tard, vinegar lambiek-ness. Medium carbonation, prickly but creamy soft mouthfeel, good body.
