5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Have had 2 of these. First was a 2001 bottle, second was a 2009 bottle. The 2001 was still amazingly sour. 2009 had much more apricot and a lot less sour. Both would be categorized as a couple of the best beers I have ever had, but the 2001 was worth it.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Borefts 2014. Poured hazy orange, frothy off white head. Aroma of tart apricot. Light body, flavour as the aroma, lovely and tart, very refreshing and nicely balanced.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
@Borefts 2014, Oranje/geel zonder kraag.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
2013 release. Very carbonated. Lots of apricot. Slight sour. Wierd finish, still apricot, but like the unsweetened part by the pit. Had this right after blabær, I’ll put them on the same level.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
15cl tasting @ Borefts Beer Festival. Hazy golden, big creamy head. Apricot rounds of some typical big tard, vinegar lambiek-ness. Medium carbonation, prickly but creamy soft mouthfeel, good body.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
"2011 batch - wish list cross off. BIG fruit aroma and flavor...definitely not subtle with the apricot, but it’s more than balanced out by the sourness that while not overaggressive, gets me in the back o the jaw after a few sips. light bodied and refreshing while also being quite tasty and complex."

Hazy orange with small white head. Fruits pits, dry sour apricot, lots of sour grains with complex spicyness. Lots of wood too. Very deep sour with a light bitter finish. Pretty good stuff!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Zwanze Day. Hazy orange colour and fluffy white head. Apricots and tart in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is dry with some sweet notes and a tart finish. Not so much apricots in the flavour. Overall, an interesting Lambic but no so complex.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Smell is apricot and a bit of vinegar. Taste is very sour with lots of lactic and acetic sourness plus the lovely note of apricots that brings it all together. This is my favorite Cantillon that I have had.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy lemon yellow, fluffy white ring. Acidic lemon, apricot, cedar on the nose. Real light refined body with a super lemon sour tartness that’s drying on the finish.
