The best sour Iíve had for sure! Canít imagine how they can outdo this with the BlŚbśr Lambic, but then again, maybe I can. This is a really sour beer, the acid sort of attacks your tounge, but when youíve had your first and second sip you surrender to the corrosive feel and go all in for the sweet, sweet apricots, clementine and champagne. The aftertaste is amazingly fresh, while the tarty yeast makes itís way with an almost olive like slight bitterness. I must admit that I recently fell in love with this beer style, so I might be going a little high on this rating, but Iíd rather go high now than never go anywhere.

Rusty Orange. Strong funky aroma - tart, fruity. Taste is lots of funk, sour, slight vinegar, oak, with a nice apricot tang. Unreal

Pale gold colored beer with a little head. Aromas of apricots and salt. Taste is very sour and salty, but while warming up turns over to a subtile sweet apricot tastes.

Bottle thanks to northernbrews for sharing. Aug 2013 bottling. Very cloudy, pale yellow-orange pour with a small foamy head that fades very slowly. Aroma is pretty funky with lots of yogurt, damp basement, and citrus-y fruit. Taste starts with a bunch of sour, acidic citrus fruit. Doesnít really taste like apricots but itís definitely citrus-y. Lots of oak and some vinegar too. Sourness is moderate, strong tart finish. Love the soft but fizzy carbonation. Really good beer but I thought I was gonna like this more than I did since itís a favorite for a few of my friends.

750ml Bottle pours a hazy golden color. A lot of froth if not poured slowly. Poured at fridge temperature although recommended at cellar temperature. Strong sourness and mild apricots. The sourness mellowed as it warmed and balanced well against the apricot.

Amazing gueuze lambic, very complex and full of different tastes, so enjoyable, very sour, grains, cereals, wild fruity and flowery notes. Lot of fruits. Masterpiece!
