Beautiful very hazy appearance. Stinks of apricots left out in a puddle. The label is for sure my favourite label ever - a moonscape with an apricot planet rise! Very similar to their Geuze to taste but with some very obvious apricot. Another fantastic intervention from the masters. Oh - this stuff is available at Plonk in Canberra - too great! Thanks guys.

Birra fresca, estiva piacevole. L’aroma ricorda quello della frutta estiva appesa raccolta: pesche, albicocche non ancora mature, limone. Nel finire una nota di cuoio. Equilibrio magico tra acidità e dolcezza. Corpo medio e buona secchezza.

750ml bottle (2014) thanks to Felix on HBT. Poured a hazy straw/orange color with a fast fading fizzy white head of foam. Aroma of funk, vinegar, tart apricots, and bready malts. Taste is much the same. Lots of tart semi sweet apricots, white vinegar, funk, some grassiness, fruit skins, and bready malts. Very dry and lots of sharp fizzy carbonation. Great stuff!

A huge thanks to Alex (Beermack) for sending me this to celebrate my daughter being born! This is a phenomenal and complex beer -- the base lambic is (obviously) well made, but the apricot addition makes it even better. The drying, puckering sensation from the fruit pairs really well with the sour, tart lambic, and both are mellowed out by each other. World class stuff.
