Pours a nice golden honey color with a thin white head. Aroma has nice tartness and soft apricot. Flavor is very tart...near lemony...soft smooth apricot creeps in to cut the tartness without adding sweetness. Nice light lively mouthfeel with a slightly acidic apricot finish. Fabulous.

On tap at Zwanze Day. Hazy orange colour and fluffy white head. Apricots and tart in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is dry with some sweet notes and a tart finish. Not so much apricots in the flavour. Overall, an interesting Lambic but no so complex.

Smell is apricot and a bit of vinegar. Taste is very sour with lots of lactic and acetic sourness plus the lovely note of apricots that brings it all together. This is my favorite Cantillon that I have had.

Pours hazy lemon yellow, fluffy white ring. Acidic lemon, apricot, cedar on the nose. Real light refined body with a super lemon sour tartness that’s drying on the finish.

Hazy orange with small white head. Aroma is apricot marmalade and some funk. Fruity and sour palate. Aftertaste is funk, citric and apricot finish. Overall: nice apricot aromas. Lacks complexity.

On tap at Erzbierschof for Zwanze Day 2014. Hazy yellow-orange color with large fluffy head. Apricot gelee in the aroma, blending nicely into the lambic aromas. Not that funky. Taste is dry and lambicly sour, but balanced. Very balanced. Medium carbonation! High-level Cantillon brew.

Aroma of apricot, like apricot purée, with some hints of acidity. Not so much apricot on taste, more so towards gueuze, very well balanced, with some tartness, some metallic off feel, but not a great mouthfeel.

0,33 kaadettu lasiin@ pikkulintu. Kaunis samea, meripihkan kultainen. Kirpakka aprikoosin tuoksu, lambickmainen. Hieman hiivaa. Aprikoosia ja kirpeää marjaa, kuivahkoa.

Shared bottle, poured a slight hazy orange golden colour. Some sweeter fruity aroma, apricots, barnyard, oak, murky hop, medium sour because of the fruits, tart, vineous notes, grains, not my favourite fruit lambic

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy golden orange hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is lactic, apricot, funk, straw, peppercorn. Mouthfeel is great with a medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness with spicy following and sour tart finish. Overall this is a nice brew...but I actually expected a bit more.

A regoûter
