Bottle shared by atom. Hazy, orange apricot color. Not the prettiest lambic. A good amount of apricot present in the aroma. Tart, slight bile character, maybe a it of moldy cheese. Wow. This may be my favorite fruit lambic. Loads of apricot flavor, slight acidity towards the finish. I love the balance and the big apricot flavor.

Bottle from Himmelriget. Hazy yellow with low white head. Quite high carbonation. Aroma of sourness, apricot and wheat malt. Taste is dry apricot, wheat, Sour with Sour aftertaste. Only improvement would be even more apricot or a supplement of passionfruit!

Bottle. August 2015 vintage. So well put together. Apricot is a part of the beer rather than ’something added’. Medium to high sour and tart. Moderate funk, mustiness. Semi dry. Nothing overpowers. Intricate. Excellent.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy golden straw color topped with a small head. nose is amazing apricot lots of the classic cantillon funk barrel notes. Taste is more of the amazing funky barnyard lemon apricot notes. I love this one.

Birra fresca, estiva piacevole. L’aroma ricorda quello della frutta estiva appesa raccolta: pesche, albicocche non ancora mature, limone. Nel finire una nota di cuoio. Equilibrio magico tra acidità e dolcezza. Corpo medio e buona secchezza.
