The aroma is among the most Brett-laden cheesy of any lambic I've had, punctuated with slight sour whiffs of apricot and, as Ungstrup has noted, peach. Golden cloudy and luminescent. Thin islands of foam last like living breathing things. Unblended and higly sour, but also sweetens considerably when fully warm. Lemony yet soft. Certainly not sweet like a framboise is sweet.

Aug 17, 2008 bottel from Knightly Spirits in olrando. yuck. thats right, I said yuck. Aroma is nice, but flavor is just pure vinegar. If i want vinegar i will buy it. Flavor is just cheesy and not so great. Sorry to the sourheads. damn.

Aug 17, 2008 A 0.75L bottle at Kaisla. White fast dissapearing thin head. Hazy pale hey colour. Taste typically cantillon. In the beginning round apricot taste. Also some lehints of lemon and typical sourness. When getting warm also nose gets hints of apricot. Good!

Aug 9, 2008 [1466-20080531] 1pt9.4floz bottle. Sour geuze aroma has a bit of dust and petrol candy. Hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Sour sour citrus flavour is quite acidic. Sour medium body. Lovely sourness, yum.

Aug 7, 2008 Wow, I expected to like this, but I didn’t think I would like it this much. Wonderful to say the least. Hazy yellow color, a bit of white head. Aromas of stinky cheese, apricots, and funk. Very tar sour fruit flavor, apricots, and a dry finish. The tartness actually causes my mouth to water.
