Clear dark golden / yellow with a white head. Aroma is sour, fruity, somewhat funky. Taste is apricot, tart sourness, and some brett.

[ Vintage 2011 ]. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy, apricot, light barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity - apricot fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120127]

[ Vintage 2005 ]. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate leather, barnyard notes, light apricot, fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy acidic with a long duration, dry, barnyard, apricot, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat [20120127]

an unclear orange beer with a small head. The aroma is of sour milk. And so is the flavor, though combined with notes of peach. It has a very dry end. This is not my favorite fruit-lambic.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Sweet fruity apricot aroma with that classic Cantillon horse blanket note beneath. Flavour is dry citric with a mild apricot sweetness. Goes extremely sour and acidic. Dry finish with a firm citric bite.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale amber with an almost completely absent head. Sourish, fruity nose. Medium body with a marked, vinegary sourness. Not too sure I can pick up the apricots though. Sour all the way through. 291006

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white sparkling head. Aroma is concentrated sourness along with wood and fruits. Flavour is very much the same with some slight fruity notes lurking behind the sourness. Dry to the extreme.

Cloudy orange colour with a small head.
Aroma of sour milk, abricots and unriped fruit.
Sour flavour dominated by unriped fruit with notes of abricots. Slightly bitter finish.
One of the first lambics I’ve had, and I’m not used to the sour flavour yet.
Interesting.

Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
Dark yellow, hazy, no head. Aroma of citric acid. Lightly fruity, mostlt sour. Firm maltiness, some apricot and syrup in the finish. But still - this is hardcore lambic, and just on the border of what my stomach can possibly accept.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Sour barnyard aroma with some fruity hints. Sour tart fruity flavor with some hints of apricot. Has anice tart fruity finish.

Bottle. Milky, cheesy, sour/citric aroma. Very cloudy yellow colour. Nice head. The flavour is very citric with some danablue. Nice acidity, burning at the back of my throat.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2012 750cl. Hazy orange with little white head. Smells, looks and feels like a cantillon product. Very sour, but this has a little bit of sweet in the end from the abracot feel! Great! Bottle @ Too many geuze’s only one toilet, Ulfborg 2012. Wauw. Tasted 2005 and 2011. 2001: Fresh fruit - really fresh apricot. Young vaguely tart 4.. 2005: Horse manuer, barnyard, light fruit and pungeantly tart! 4,3.
